이 압전식 2축 힘-토크 변환기는 센서에 작용하는 인장 또는 압축력 Fz와 토크 Mz 측정에 적합합니다. 높은 분해능으로 회전하지 않는 샤프트에서 큰 힘과 토크의 미세한 동적 변화까지 측정 가능합니다. 압력과 전단에 민감한 석영 디스크가 중공 프리로드 나사와 센서 케이스로 설계된 너트 사이에 높은 프리로드 상태로 통합되어 있습니다. 센서 요소의 극히 높은 강성 덕분에, Fz 및 Mz 성분은 스트로크나 각도 변화 없이 실질적으로 측정됩니다. 힘 및 토크에 비례하는 전하 신호는 전극에 의해 포착되어 차폐 케이블을 통해 전하 증폭기로 공급됩니다. 전하 증폭기는 전하 신호를 비례 출력 전압으로 변환하여 기록 및 평가할 수 있게 합니다.
