Three components, one result: an auditable quality statement, cycle by cycle, cavity by cavity. ComoNeo PREDICT assesses every component model-based and in real time directly in the process, STASA QC Optimize systematically validates the prediction models used for this in line with FDA and MDR requirements, and AkvisIO seamlessly documents the results per cycle and cavity – the evidence base for audits and batch releases.

The Components in Detail

ComoNeo PREDICT – A process monitoring system that assesses every component model-based and in real time, already during the injection molding process. New at the booth: the second ComoNeo generation with a 21-inch display and its own high-performance processor. Individually configurable process KPIs and targeted cavity search, even with up to 22 cavities.

STASA QC Optimize – A software tool for optimizing injection molding machine settings: it automatically determines the relationship between setting parameters and quality characteristics through systematic design of experiments, delivering the optimal machine setting for stable processes. Within the MedRelease Suite, it validates the prediction models for use in regulated production environments.

AkvisIO – A data analysis software that consolidates, synchronizes, and evaluates process data from ComoNeo systems – serving as a reliable, central data source (single source of truth) for quality reports and traceability. New at the booth: centralized fleet management for software updates across all connected ComoNeo systems, plus a dashboard for process and quality metrics across all machines.
