Depending on the requirements of your application, a suitable force measuring chain can be configured in just a few steps. Based on the required force range and the available installation space, five preloaded piezoelectric force load cells are available, all of which can be easily integrated mechanically. The charge signal generated by the transducer is transmitted via a highly insulating, drag‑chain‑capable cable to the appropriate charge amplifier. The amplifier outputs the measured force value either as an analog voltage signal or digitally via IO‑Link. The measuring chain is calibrated in the selected force range and delivered with a calibration certificate. Additionally, a second force range can be calibrated if required. Thanks to the properties of the individual components and the calibration performed on the complete measuring chain, the system is ideal for industrial applications requiring high measurement accuracy, low measurement uncertainty, and reliable digital data exchange in line with the Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT).
