ICAM – 100 percent analog and universal

This analog device is the pioneer among our industrial charge amplifiers. The 5073A oder ICAM (industrial charge amplifier manufacturing) features unsurpassed real-time transmission rates. It is suitable for a very wide and flexible measuring range and up to four measuring channels. ICAM is appropriate for applications with nearly any piezoelectric sensor. The output signals can be utilized to monitor, control and optimize industrial measurement processes.

dICA – maximal digitalization and top speed

The 5074B charge amplifier oder dICA (Digital Industrial Charge Amplifier) can be regarded as the digital counterpart of the 5073 analog industrial signal conditioner. Featuring a real-time data transmission rate, it is compatible with common Ethernet based networks and thus, particularly suitable for time-critical processes: for example, when it is about the ideal timing for switchover from speed control to pressure control of material injection during injection molding processes.

mICA – maximimum flexibility and compact dimensions

The small digital charge amplifer 5028A or mICA (miniature industrial charge amplifier) is suitable for use in a wide range of applications. It is particularly designed for production environments where miniaturized, moving elements of automation technology are applied, as in the case of robot arms: for example, in the medtech sector, packaging industry and the food and beverage sector. With just one measuring channel, mICA is exceptionally lightweight.
Featuring both analog and digital interfaces, this miniature industrial charge amplifier converts analog signals from piezoelectric sensors and delivers them as digital measurement data. Users who need higher transmission speeds can switch to analog mode. By enabling its seamless integration into nearly any production environment that supports IO link, low investment costs and added values, mICA facilitates first steps into your smart factory.
