You will join our Kistler ICT international team and will be helping our sales organizations by supporting and maintaining new Kistler CRM solution SAP Hybris C4C (Cloud for Customers). You will be monitoring the system interfaces as well as processing user requests coming from SAP or CRM.
Your daily job will include :
- acting as a 1st level support for users of the systems
- monitoring the CRM interfaces to SAP -ERP and processing technical issues
- analyzing and fixing the service requests of the users (2nd level) recieved from SAP or CRM, using the Kistler ticketing system
- advise and guide the users by providing technical solutions based on internal processes
- handling the access/user management
- testing the regular releases which are published by SAP, including test plans, test scenarios and test cases
- cooperation with international Kistler teams
Personality requirements and skills:
If you are not exprienced in the systems we are using, do not worry , we are able to train you. It is important to have some technical background with similar systems/applications that will allow you to understand type of requests/issues that might be coming from users.

- if you have relevant work experience with providing technical support for users
- if you have knowledge about SAP system (SD module preferrably) but it is not mandatory
- if you like to solve technical problems
- if you are analytical mind

- if you speak fluent English, as you will be using it daily
