The SkyDAQ team focuses on the development of a general purpose distributed data acquisition system and The SkyBase Platform team develops a set of reusable hardware and software components to support the development of typical Kistler measurement devices .

In order to support our teams you will take the responsibility for the following:

• Ensuring the understanding of Scrum process within the organization and help to apply Scrum properly and effectively within Scrum team
• Facilitating the Scrum framework, including all the necessary parts which belong to the Scrum
• Supporting and facilitating unambiguous and timely communication between business and technical participants in the project
• Identification and removing of impediments within Scrum process
• Ensuring the transparency and visibility of team's progress, obstacles and successes to all stakeholders, Product Owner, including the team itself
• Supporting the Scrum Team and Product Owners
• Providing coaching and training of Scrum/Agile to the Scrum Team, Product
• Owner and other departments of company
• Help with techniques for communicating the product vision and the intended use of the project.
• Apply the right techniques for communicating the product vision a
• Leading new co-workers regarding the use of technology and methods (teaching, coaching)
• Work as mediator to manage interpersonal conflicts within development team
• Other tasks related to software development process

 Skills and competencies:

We are looking for a Scrum master with a positive attitude who is self-motivated and pro-active. You are flexible to respond and react to changing quickly and efficiently. You have an attitude of empowerment and:

• Master or Bachelor degree in Information technology, Electrical / Mechanical Engineering or similar
• Ideally 4 years of work experience as Scrum Master
• Understand fundamentals of software development processes and procedures
• Familiarity with common Agile practices, service-oriented environments, and better development practices
• You have outstanding communication and presentation skills
• You are able to work with speed and accuracy towards deadlines
• You have entrepreneurial thinking and action with strong conceptual and analytical skills
• You are capable of finding creative solutions and good leadership skills
• Fluent level of English language
