Plastic Sales Engineer

 Main Tasks

  • Analyze market requirements/demands/trends in terms of application products
  • Specification and potential market size
  • Collection competitors’ information: price, product services
  • Provide market information to SBF to ensure right strategy for market
  • Represent division IPC product sales activities on the market
  • Investigate sales opportunities in terms of content, budget and schedule
  • Work together with team leader and service engineer to prepare Demo show and marketing activities
  • Responsible for customer satisfaction survey
  • Assisting management in business forecast

 Competencies

  • At least 3 years sales experience in plastic  industry. Sales experience for sensors and systems will be preferred
  • Knowledge experience and proven track record in Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
  • Willing to learn with fast learning process
  • Outstanding communication, presentation and commercial negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated, flexible and good team player

 Requirements Profile

  • Minimum bachelor degree of engineering, major in measurement and instrument is preferred
  • Exceptionally energetic, dynamic personality with a sense of urgency, strong and comprehensive understanding of multi-product, solution selling
  • Effective interpersonal skills and a willingness to travel
  • Good English skill in written and spoken
