The Field Sales Engineer will be responsible for achieving the sales goals of the company’s Industrial Process Control (Plastics) products in the defined territory. He/she will visit customer sites, identify projects and instrumentation requirements, provide advice on appropriate applications, and respond to requests for technical, price, delivery and service information.
Qualified candidates will have experience in the application of sensors, associated electronics and software for the measurement and control of assembly processes in manufacturing. Candidates will also possess strong verbal and written communication skills, have knowledge of Microsoft office products, must be able to travel 80% of the time, possess a valid driver’s license and passport, and be authorized to work in the US.
This position requires a Bachelor’s Degree from a four year college or university in an appropriate engineering field; experience in technical sales is a plus; or an Associates Degree in Engineering Technology or equivalent plus five years of experience as a technical sales engineer.
