Measurement of force during cutting: Process analysis and process optimization

Constantly escalating demands for ever more complex geometries and increasing material hardness make process design more and more challenging. Monitoring the cutting force is an efficient way of checking and optimizing the quality and cost-effectiveness of the process design.
