SPS IPC Drives 2017: Kistler presents sensors and systems for process-integrated in-production quality control
SPS IPC Drives is Europe’s leading exhibition for electric automation and an important meeting point for suppliers from around the world. The fair is also a fixed event on Kistler’s trade fair program: Our experts will offer you at the SPS IPC Drives the right solutions for every application: automated process-integrated measurement and control, or random sample testing on production lines or test benches – to name just two examples.
Our highlights will help you advance: visit our stand at the SPS IPC Drives trade fair, and we'll show you how!
Type 5074A charge amplifier
Kistler's newly developed Type 5074A data acquisition unit
breaks new ground in industrial charge amplifier technology.
This unit is currently the only amplifier on the market for
piezoelectric sensors with communication consistently based on
Industrial Ethernet (IE). With the new charge amplifier, up to four
piezoelectric sensors per unit can be connected to the digital industrial
network. The Type 5074A is available with various communication protocols:
EtherCAT, Ethernet/IP and ProfiNet.
Kistler is unveiling maXYmos 1.5 at the SPS IPC Drives:
an update that simplifies process optimization
and allows added machine availability. Users can now
import CSV files to parameterize the system offline –
and with ten times more memory size for up to 5,000
measurement curves, maXYmos 1.5 ensures that the plant
will operate optimally even during lengthy
signal transmission outages. Another benefit:
a handheld scanner can be used with maXYmos 1.5
to allow automatic adaptation to the product being manufactured
thanks to barcode identification.
Our portable measuring instrument for torque and rotation angle
will make your random sampling tests in assembly
even simpler. Graphic analyses of assembly processes
ensure optimal quality in fastener assembly. An extensive range
of constantly updated software is your guarantee
of measurements that always meet the latest standards.
Kistler has yet again enhanced the potential of its
high-performance sensors in the KiTorq series:
a transmission rate of 4 kHz now makes the evaluation unit
(stator) of this modular series four times as fast when the
Profinet or EtherCat interface is used for the connection.
Options for combining the new stator with the
various rotors are virtually limitless.
At the SPS IPC Drives 2017, our experts will show you ways to
significantly optimize your quality assurance – now and in the future!!
