Control 2022

Meet us at the Control 2022, International trade fair for quality assurance, to take place from 3 to 6 May at the Stuttgart Exhibition Centre. In hall 8, on booth 8305, we will present you our extended portfolio of modular assembly and test systems for quality assurance covering joining, assembly, fastening and inspection processes for complex parts and products.

Our highlights for industrial quality assurance:

When it comes to process monitoring for 100% quality in manufacturing, assembly and product testing, the maXYmos has proven itself: At Control, we will be showing the maXYmos TL ML for this purpose - specially developed for the medical industry, it is the world's first process monitoring system to meet FDA guidelines and MDR requirements for use in medical technology. With the maXYmos TL ML, the validation of production processes becomes much easier: The system visualizes and analyzes process profiles and offers a variety of interfaces for connecting sensors. It can be integrated directly into the production line to monitor and evaluate the quality of the respective manufacturing step based on process tolerances.

Modular assembly and test stations - our Smart Single Stations i.e. modular joining and press-fit cells automatically monitor, control and optimize assembly operations requiring force-displacement monitoring where 100 percent traceability and maximum product quality are critical: for example, as in the automotive and electromobility sectors.

Testsystems for ensuring utmost quality as well as process reliability prior and during industrial fastening assemblycerTEST mobil, the torque tool testing and calibration, INSPECTpro, the mobile measuring and evaluation unit for in-process inspection and quality monitoring, and INSPECTOR, the electronic torque/angle wrench designed for VDI/VDE-compliant process inspection, e.g. in the automotive and vehicle manufacturing industry.

Optical testing and sorting machines – the KVC 821 automatic rotary plate testing system is one of the most advanced end-of-line (EOL) test systems for continuous inspection of bulk material and small parts on the market. It is designed to perform optical geometric and dimensional accuracy checks and also to detect surface faults (dirt and scratches, etc.). Depending on the application case, the system uses adaptive surface inspection with the help of reflected light dome illumination (shape-from-shading technology).

In addition to (EOL) complete solutions such as the KVC 821, we will also be presenting the corresponding components for inline use or plant engineering at Control. These include the corresponding sensor solutions as well as cameras, lenses or the corresponding software solutions - for individual and customer-specific use and requirements.

The Kistler portfolio at Control is rounded off by our "Digital Solutions". The focus is on jBEAM, the comprehensive software solution for analyzing and visualizing measurement data and for reporting.

We will be happy to advise you on our comprehensive solutions for quality assurance or in any case, just come by to meet us on our booth on 4 May at 16:00 for our Happy Hour! We would be very happy to welcome you face-to-face again after a while!

Looking forward to meeting you during the Control 2022, International trade fair for quality assurance, at the Stuttgart Exhibition Centre.
