With the portable torque and crank angle measuring instrument, conducting sampling inspections during installation becomes even easier. Installation processes can be analyzed graphically in order to ensure optimum screw mounting quality. A broad and constantly updated range of software packages guarantees measurements that always comply with the very latest standards.
The electronically controlled hybrid simulators simulate pre-programmed bolted joints of differing hardnesses. This makes it possible to understand all aspects of bolted connections from screwing to tightening. The measurement and test ranges are pre-programmed according to your individual fields of application and enable you to test torque tools from 0.4 Nm to 6,000 Nm (25,000 Nm static).

The new, high-precision torque sensor offers numerous extended functions. The improved electronics and limit frequency of 10 kilohertz for high-dynamic measurements make this a top-class product. Thanks to its new, magnetic rotational speed and angle detection, it is also highly robust and low-maintenance.
maXYmos TL 1.2
The tried-and-tested maXYmos monitoring systems ensure consistent, process-integrated quality assurance. The shape of measurement curves are used to monitor and control the quality of an individual manufacturing step, an assembly unit or an entire product. The system thus lays the foundations for more transparent manufacturing and inspection processes – and thus for the increased efficiency of the entire production process.
