As an international company, the Kistler Group undertakes to adhere very precisely to governmental requirements and regulations. We therefore want to encourage our employees and business partners to inform us about any possible cases of misconduct, or to contact us if further questions arise.
Reliable reporting channels and protection of internal whistleblowers against sanctions help to ensure that potential misconduct can be reported, thoroughly examined and clarified. Various reporting channels are available to make any breaches of compliance known:
- If you, as an employee of the Kistler Group, notice a breach of laws or our Code of Conduct, or if you have questions about compliance, your first points of contact should be your line managers, the HR Department, or the Compliance Department. You can reach us at: compliance(at)kistler.com
- For internal and external stakeholders, there is an additional option: you can use the SpeakUP Line to report misconduct at an early stage and thus avoid damage to Kistler and third parties. The SpeakUP Line whistleblower system offers a secure reporting channel you can use to provide information round the clock: you can do so anonymously if you wish, and the channel is available in many languages.
