Sensors and systems for process-integrated quality control
in production and assembly

Highly accurate, clearly understandable measurement results are the key factor in systematic quality assurance. Kistler offers the right solutions to help you achieve these results for every application: for automated, process-integrated measurement and control, or random sampling on your production line or test bench – and many more.

Our highlights will help you to advance – so visit our stand, and we'll show you how!

4503B torque sensor

This new high-precision torque sensor features a host of extended functionalities. Improved electronics and a cut-off frequency of 10 kHz for highly dynamic measurements mark it out as a product at the very top of its class. The new magnetic speed and angle sensing technology make this a highly robust, low-maintenance product.

Piezo-based low force sensors

Thanks to their rugged design, piezoelectric sensors from Kistler keep precise track of quasi-static and highly dynamic force processes, even when conditions are difficult. As compared to other technologies, these sensors the advantages of a wide measuring range and high rigidity, so measurements without deflection are possible and service lifetimes are unlimited. Another benefit: even very small forces can be measured with the quartz elements. For applications of this sort, Kistler offers a wide-ranging portfolio of small force sensors. Miniaturization means that they can also be used when installation space is severely limited.

NCFE joining module

The NCFE joining module (the E stands for Economy) is the latest addition to Kistler's portfolio of electromechanical joining modules. The new module is specifically designed to ensure simple joining processes – so plant manufacturers and power pack operators now have a cost-effective alternative to conventional pneumatic or hydraulic systems.

Our portable measuring instrument for torque and rotation angle will make your random sampling tests during assembly even simpler. Graphic analyses of assembly processes ensure optimal quality in bolted joint assembly. An extensive range of constantly updated software is your guarantee of measurements that always meet the latest standards.

At automation & electronics 2017, our experts will show you ways to significantly optimize your quality assurance – now and in the future!
