Administrative and Sales Back Office, Kistler Italia S.r.l.

The Kistler Group company in Italy, responsible for the sales and support activities into the Southern Europe & Middle East Region, is hiring an administrative and sales back office for its premises in Milan. 

 

Responsibilities: 

  • Reception management (incoming calls handling, couriers booking and shipments management, outside visitors coordination, etc.)
  • Coordination of outgoing mail (customer invoices), preparation of documents and envelopes and shipment organization
  • Management and organization of business trips, both in Italy and abroad
  • Complete handling and coordination of archive of paper documents, both for sales and service orders
  • Support to sales and back office colleagues
  • Marketing support, fairs and exhibitions support during organization and preparation
  • General Services and purchase of office supplies

 

Requirements: 

  • Legally protected status (mandatory)
  • Age: 20 to 40
  • Secondary School but with at least 3 years of experience in the position
  • Spoken and written English to a good level. German is a plus
  • Knowledge of SAP SD module, CS module is a plus
  • Legally protected status is a must for this position
