CoMo Injection User Training

CoMo Injection is a system used in injection molding of plastics for process optimization and control as well as for production monitoring. The system allows direct connection of piezoelectric cavity pressure sensors as well as acquisition and evaluation of signals from the injection molding machine or other sensors. This training course will teach you to use all system functions needed to evaluate and optimize the injection molding process. During the practical exercises, course participants have access to CoMo Injection systems with electronic curve simulators.


- Setting up the measuring system
- Exercises based on practical tasks: process monitoring,
thick-/thin-walled parts, switching based on cavity pressure
- Process analysis
- Generation of trend charts, comparison curves, part counters
- Information about extension functions for CoMo Injection


General information on Kistler training courses
Please send your registration/cancellation in writing to the contact person below. As attendance is limited, please send us your registration at the earliest possbile opportunity. The course fee covers all seminar documentation and refreshments during the course.
You may cancel your attendance without incurring charges up to three weeks before the start of the seminar. In the event of later cancelllation or failure to attend, we will charge you the full course fee.
Kistler reserves the right to cancel or amend the course for compelling reasons.
