ST Sales Engineer

 

The ST Sales Engineer is responsible for achieving the sales goals for High Speed Dynamics, Cutting Force and also Test & Measurement products from the ST Division. The assigned Territory is Turkey. He/she will visit existing and potential customer sites, provide advice on appropriate applications and sell products into those application areas

The employee will receive instructions from Head of Sales Center -Turkey, to whom he will report.

Specifications of Potential Candidate’s: Responsibilities:

  •  Meets the defined sales targets and KPI in a defined sales territory.
  • Develop and implement a sales strategy in conjunction with the Division / Region / SBF Manager.
  • Provide advice on the appropriate application of each company product.
  • Spend at least 3 days per week in front of customers.
  • Ability to work from a home office and maintain communication with the office and customer base while travelling in the territory.
  • Identifies unique requirements and consults with SBF engineering on special solutions.
  • Provides price quotations and customer proposals as required.
  • Physical requirements: ability to lift 80 pounds; available to travel 80% of the time either by car (valid license required) or plane depending on which is more cost efficient.
  • Will perform other duties as assigned.
  • Actively in contact with major Defense OEM’s (Roketsan, Aselsan,TAI, FNSS, Otokar etc..)
  • Took part in a test project for mechanical parts
  • Must understand the requirements of the costumer to perform a structural test

 

Requirements:

  •  University degree preferably in a mechanical engineering discipline from an accredited four (4) year college plus two (2) years’ experience in technical sales.
  • Equivalent training and experience in high dynamic measurements and analysis.
  • Sales experience in technical B2B sales.
  • Understanding of marketing and social media on the sales process.
  • Availability to travel around at customers’ site frequently
  • Have a B class driving license with a clean record

 

Salary: Base Salary plus Sales Incentive Bonus, Company car, Laptop, Mob Phone, health insurance
