Kistler is 2016 Top Employer

Winterthur, 12 February 2016 – Kistler has been honored with the coveted 2016 Top Job award for its outstanding qualities as an employer. Kistler Lorch GmbH, a Kistler Group company, won the award thanks to a strategy that ensures its status as a highly attractive employer, with the aim of successfully recruiting highly qualified professionals.

High Employee Satisfaction at Kistler Lorch GmbH
Kistler Lorch GmbH convinced the jury in numerous categories – Leadership & Vision, Motivation & Dynamism, Culture & Communication, and Employee Development & Per-spective – sweeping it to an excellent third position in the Baden-Württemberg economic region. Silke Masurat, CEO of the Center for Employer Attractiveness (zeag GmbH), which is responsible for bestowing the annual award, comments: ‘Thanks to inspirational management and leadership, a community built on trust and good working conditions, Kistler succeeds in creating a fruitful climate of innovation and achievement.’ Former Federal German Economics Minister Wolfgang Clement presented the award at a cere-mony in the evening of 12 February 2016 at Berlin's AXICA congress and conference center.

This is already the third award for employer excellence won by Kistler Lorch GmbH, whose origins date back to 1945. Since 2006, the company has been part of the Kistler Group, an owner-managed Swiss corporation with a headcount of some 1 500, ranked as a global leader in dynamic pressure, force, torque and acceleration measurement. Meas-urement solutions from the Lorch facility are mainly used for industrial process control and assembly technology, and also in test bench applications.

Kistler Offers Scope for Personal Development
Kistler's CEO Rolf Sonderegger is proud of this award: ‘We need employees who will advance the development of our technology with passion and know-how – employees who share our mindset and help shape our future. The Top Job award will assist us in attracting the best professionals.’ Talents employed at Kistler benefit from a strong plat-form where they can contribute their own ideas – so they grow and move forward hand-in-hand with the company. Variety is the keynote of work at this experienced develop-ment partner for industry and R&D, thanks to the very diverse range of applications for dynamic measuring technology – so technical challenges and ample scope for personal development are guaranteed. ‘We offer stimulating assignments at the forefront of new technologies – and we shall continue to invest in our talented professionals,’ Rolf Sonderegger notes.
