State of the art systems for in production quality control
The Kistler Group commands a wide range of solutions for process-integrated quality assurance: electromechanical joining systems, mobile measurement of fasteners and assembly tools as well as a wide portfolio of piezoelectric force and torque sensors. Visit Kistler at the Assembly Show 2017 in Rosemont (IL) to get to know the new products and latest improvements in industrial process control.
How to improve your performance in production quality control: Get the answers at Assembly Show 2017, booth #621!
New joining module NCFE
The new NCFE joining module completes Kistler's portfolio of seven electromechanical joining systems for different application scenarios. Kistler’s NCFE module is specifically designed for simple joining processes – plant manufacturers as well as power pack operators obtain a cost-effective solution to replace conventional pneumatic and hydraulic cylinders. At the high end, NCFR is a Kistler system with quill drives for complex applications including a rotary motion during press fitting.
Easier monitoring with maXYmos 1.5
A new version of the Kistler maXYmos monitoring system is introduced at the Assembly Show 2017: The updated maXYmos 1.5 simplifies process optimization and increases machine availability. Operators can now import CSV files to customize the system offline. Furthermore, the enhanced memory now allows up to 5,000 curves – ensuring that processes will continue to operate even during signal transmission outages.
INSPECTpro enables on-the-go diagnosis of fasteners
The mobile test systems Schatz INSPECTpro and combiTEST deliver efficient control and quality assurance for fasteners and assembly: While the portable device INSPECTpro now enables wireless data transmission, combiTEST is designed to calibrate and certify torque tools.
At the Assembly Show 2017, our experts will demonstrate how to significantly optimize your production quality control – don’t miss the experience!
