Senior Test Developer

Purpose of the position
Your typical day
- Define and implement test automation strategy, including backlog prioritization and tooling evaluation
- Design, create and execute automated and manual test cases based on requirements and use cases
- Maintain test environment, ensure traceability of tests to requirements, and report/retest defects
- Ensure adherence to non-functional requirements (stability, performance, error handling)
- Create required testing documentation (test plan, test report) per Corporate Guidelines
- Collaborate with Product Owner, developers and other stakeholders to ensure quality, including feedback on requirements testability and resolving quality-related issues
- Program and configure PLC and onboard new team members to KiEdge Basic testing
Your profile
- 3+ years of experience in software testing
- Strong knowledge of test methods, strategies and processes
- Hands-on experience with test automation tools (pytest, Playwright) and scripting (Python, Bash)
- Experience with test management, ideally Jira/XRay
- Analytical mindset with good communication skills in English
- Experience with DevOps, CI/CD, IaC, Docker (Nice to have)
