Purpose of the position

Senior Test Developer is part of SW Testing team and is responsible for managing testing activities within project and for testing of software for embedded devices monitoring and controlling industrial processes.Senior DevOps engineer designs and implements CI/CD pipelines, automates infrastructure provisioning and deployment processes, and optimizes system performance and scalability. Collaborates closely with development teams to ensure smooth integration and delivery of software.

Your typical day

  • Define and implement test automation strategy, including backlog prioritization and tooling evaluation
  • Design, create and execute automated and manual test cases based on requirements and use cases
  • Maintain test environment, ensure traceability of tests to requirements, and report/retest defects
  • Ensure adherence to non-functional requirements (stability, performance, error handling)
  • Create required testing documentation (test plan, test report) per Corporate Guidelines
  • Collaborate with Product Owner, developers and other stakeholders to ensure quality, including feedback on requirements testability and resolving quality-related issues
  • Program and configure PLC and onboard new team members to KiEdge Basic testing 

Your profile

  • 3+ years of experience in software testing
  • Strong knowledge of test methods, strategies and processes
  • Hands-on experience with test automation tools (pytest, Playwright) and scripting (Python, Bash)
  • Experience with test management, ideally Jira/XRay
  • Analytical mindset with good communication skills in English
  • Experience with DevOps, CI/CD, IaC, Docker  (Nice to have)
