With the new maXYmos Analyzer software (Type 2850A), Kistler provides a powerful tool for making better use of production data. The software analyzes measurement curves recorded by maXYmos systems, detects deviations and automatically calculates quality-related indicators such as Cp and Cpk. Based on the jBEAM platform, it enables zooming, comparing, filtering, and generating KPIs, statistics and trend analyses – supporting transparent, data-driven optimization of joining and assembly processes. maXYmos Analyzer is compatible with maXYmos NC, TL, and BL (from v1.7) and completes the Kistler measuring chain from sensor to software. A free-of-charge trial version is available.
