Digital industrial charge amplifiers (dICA), 1 to 4 channels, Industrial Ethernet / 5074B
The digital industrial charge amplifiers are universal devices for piezoelectric sensor signals which allow reliable and precise capture of dynamic and quasi-static processes on modern PLC systems via EtherCat, Ethernet/IP or ProfiNet.
- Wide adjustable measurement range: ±20 … ±1000000 pC
- 1, 2, 3 or 4 channels
- EtherCAT, PROFINET or EtherNet/IP
- Cycle time down to 100 μs and oversampling up to 50 kSps
- Features: peak and integral values, low-pass filter and switchable high-pass filter
This amplifier family supports the main Industrial Ethernet standards, depending on which it offers synchronized real-time measurement with extremely fast cycle times, as well as several special data acquisition functions that are configurable for specific applications (peak values, integral value, low-pass filter and switchable high-pass filter). With its independent measuring channel controls and settings and a variety of features, one device may also acquire multiple asynchronous processes. The Type 5074B on EtherCat delivers high performance with transmission at up to 50 kSps per channel. This creates the possibility of real-time transmission of measurement data with cycle times as short as 100 μs, so critical process controls can also be implemented. No data is stored permanently on the digital amplifier. All settings are located on the control, so the customer also has guaranteed data sovereignty. Combined with the integrated electrical isolation this early digitization enables reliable, interference resistant delivery of measurement values to the master system. The rugged housing is approved for environmental protection IP67 with FKM/FPM sealing elements.
