KCA 400T
Stamping: The monitoring system KCA 400T allows the use of analog sensors directly in the stamping die.
- 4 analog sensor inputs (0 … 10 V)
- PNP output for downstream tool monitoring
- Simple distance setting via visual indication on the display and “AUTOSET” function
- The tolerance can be set separately for each sensor
- Press does not start if sensors are not set correctly
- Stroke-to-stroke control (actual / target value tracking)
- Menu navigation via touch screen display
