Due to their high natural frequencies, piezoelectric pressure sensors can be used for a variety of applications where dynamic pressures with very fast pressure rise times of up to 1µs need to be measured. The following list shows a few of these applications:

Measure very small pressure changes

In addition, piezoelectric pressure sensors are the first choice for the measurement of very small pressure changes (pressure pulsations) at high static pressure levels. These enable the long-term measurement of very small pressure pulsations with high resolution and excellent signal-to-noise ratio for a frequency range of over 100 kHz.
