Purpose of the position
• Market intelligence, Strategy Execution, Market development in the APC(assembly process control) business
• Focusing on market trends and innovative technologies to accelerate the growth of new business and enhance the company's market competitiveness.
Your typical day
• Research on China government regulations, market dynamics, customer insights, competitor analysis, and monitoring in the APC market.
• Analyze market trends, identify potential partners, understand new technology requirements and the APC product portfolio, and identify potential collaboration opportunities.
• Enhance customer loyalty and product appeal through participation in industry associations, exhibition presentations, and roadshows.
• Identify leads, prospects, and customers, and nurture them to be loyal customers with the Sales team.
• Collaboration with BU/TEC/TC in defining and adjusting product/application/solution portfolio based on market requirements.
• Develop and introduce new applications/products in the Chinese market.
Your profile
• 5-8 years of prior experience in the industry market in sales, business development positions
• Creativity to develop new business areas.
• Strategic and analytical thinking, Sense for economic trends
• Strong communication & negotiation skills
• Entrepreneurial thinking, Quick learner, and Teamwork
• Fluent in English, speaking and writing.
• Proficient in Outlook, Office, CRM
• Willing to travel.
