Advanced injection molding production with Kistler sensors and systems

Reliable and accurate sensors built the basis for effective process monitoring in injection molding. Measuring where the process takes place is the key to transparently detect the process condition. That's why our philosophy is to record the decisive process variables of pressure and temperature directly in the injection molding tool. Possible deviations from the ideal state are shown immediately in the respective process curves and allow to reliably predict the quality of the molded part, shot by shot.
