Fiber optic cables, straight or 90° angled scanning head, scanning range 2 ... 250 mm / RG/RW

RG/RW
These fiber optic light guides are suitable for detecting differences in contrast, especially in applications with limited installation space.
Main features / advantages
- Different dimensions and designs
- Scanning ranges: 2 to 250 mm
- Axial or radial (90°) light emission
- Fiber length (cable): 500 mm
- Separate electronics required
Our fiber optic light guides are available in different dimensions and scanning ranges, either with axial or radial light emission. Fiber optic light guides have one light guide each for the transmitter and receiver, which are both arranged in one housing. They are easy to mount and align and are particularly suitable for applications where space is limited. The infrared light emitted by the transmitter reflects off the object. The reflected residual light is picked up by the receiver and evaluated by the electronics. The scanning range depends on the object surface, size, shape and composition.
