Users of NCFx Pro electromechanical joining modules can choose between two high-precision sensor technologies: a strain gauge force sensor and a piezoelectric force sensor. Thanks to their position directly in the force flow, both sensor types measure the process force directly at the joining point, thereby ensuring maximum accuracy, quality, and process reliability. Digital signal transmission via telemetry and EtherCAT also ensures interference-free communication, access to additional sensor data such as temperature, and extended diagnostic capabilities.
