  • The information session is designed to give you an initial overview of who we are, our selection criteria, and the profession you’re interested in.
  • To learn more about a profession, click the button below and complete the registration form.
  • We will send you a proposed appointment by email.
  • The information session takes place virtually via MS Teams and lasts approximately 60 minutes.

  • After the information afternoon, please contact us again to let us know whether you would like to spend your trial days with us.
  • We will organize everything and you will receive a follow-up appointment.
  • During the trial days, you will get to know the trainers, other apprentices, our products, our values and our culture. 
  • At the end, you will have a personal interview with a vocational trainer.

We would like to talk with you, listen to your questions and provide you with answers.

  • You will receive an appointment for an interview. It will last about 1 hour.
  • Normally, two of us will be present at this interview: the responsible vocational trainer and one other person. 
  • During the interview, we will ask you a few questions about school, your career expectations, etc. 
  • We will talk again about your application and your motivation. (WHY do you want to join us? TIP: This is what interests us the most!)
  • We will organize a follow-up appointment where you can give us feedback and let us know your final decision. You will then receive the final result from us. 

Information session

During the virtual information session, you will receive an initial introduction to our organization. We will talk about our recruitment criteria and give you a first insight into the profession you are interested in.

We are currently training 38 apprentices at Kistler Instrumente AG in Winterthur. The proportion of apprentices in relation to the total number of employees in Switzerland is six percent.

We are delighted that more than 50 apprentices around the world have placed their trust in us and that we are able to prepare them for the working world of tomorrow. With the support of around 40 of our practical trainers in Switzerland and at three locations in Southern and Central Germany, we train talented people in various areas.
