The high insulation (10^13 Ω) connecting cables with flexible metal sheath have been specially developed for use in connecting with dynamometers. The flange side is attached to the dynamometer (Fischer 9-pin) and has a protection degree of IP67. The other side is plugged into the charge amplifier and has a protection degree of IP65. The cable is very robust and it is specially designed for use in harsh industrial environments. Since charge flows through the cable, such high insulation is mandatory.
