The ctrlX DRIVE servo amplifier controls the motor of the NCFx Pro electromechanical joining module. This directly influences travel distance, travel speed, and maximum force of the NC joining module. The control specifications are transmitted directly via EtherCAT in accordance with the sequence parameterized in the maXYmos NC process monitoring system. This makes it possible to implement a wide variety of press-fit and joining applications with a high degree of flexibility. Thanks to plug and play, the crtlX servo amplifier is parameterized by maXYmos NC and can therefore be commissioned very easily and conveniently. STO or optional Safe Motion with SMES, SMST2, SMM1 and SBC functions are available as safety technologies.
