also Offset: The measurement signal of a piezoresistive sensor at zero measurand applied with defined temperature and defined excitation current or voltage.

Note: Piezoresistive sensors are supplied with a zero point value on the test certificate documenting the measurement signal at zero measurand, at reference current I_Ref and reference temperature T_Ref.
