Sensors and transmitters from Kistler measure: - pressures from 0.2 to 5,000 bar
- at ambient temperatures from –40 to 350°C
- with an accuracy class of 0.05 to 2% FSO.
Kistler sensors are superbly responsive and highly resistant – even to aggressive media. Typical application sectors include: brake systems, general control systems, closing systems, safety barriers, compressors, transmission control systems, hydraulic power packs and aerospace.

 In aerospace even the smallest errors can have life-threatening consequences and catastrophic effects. For this extremely demanding field Kistler has therefore developed special pressure sensors and subjected them to extensive system tests. One typical application is the monitoring of pressure in the fuel tanks of satellites. |
