CoMo Injection Type 2869B... is the Kistler system for cavity pressure based injection molding. CoMo Injection provides a wide variety of functions for process monitoring and reject separation. Real-time functions switch the machine from injection to holding pressure, or open and close cascade gares. Individual CoMo devices can be accessed from networks. Data are saved in CoMo MIS Type 2829A... database.

CoMo MIS
CoMo MIS Type 2829A... is Kistler's central database driven system for saving and managing process data acquired with CoMo Injection. Data are stored in CoMo MIS with reference to specific production orders and batches; MIS can be used to evaluate the data in statistical or graphical form, and to produce documentation.

DataFlow systems are used for process optimization, process analysis, and in process monitoring where molds have more than 16 cavities.
The signal conditioner that forms part of the Typ 2865B... DataFlow system can be equipped with a variety of different modules according to the analysis task, and can be reconfigured on site.
