Type 4502A... torque sensors operate on the strain gage principle and supply an analog output signal of 0 ... ±5 VDC which is contactless transferred. Available also with integrated rotational angle/speed measurement. The sensors are suitable both for dynamical detection of starting torque and breakway torque for bolting and assembly techniques and for quality assurance in production and laboratory.

Torque Measuring Flange – Short Profile, Robust, Bearingless, High Accuracy

Type 4504B... torque measuring flanges operate on the strain gage principle. The integral, digital measurement preconditioning system produces analog or digital output signals, which are transmitted without contact. The rotor runs in the stator ring without mechanical bearings and is therefore free from wear.

Torque measuring flanges Type 4510B... measure torque by strain gages. The digital measuring values are transmitted contactless from rotor to stator. There are analog and digital output signals available for evaluation.

KiTorq System

KiTorq System, Torque Measuring Flange – slim, robust, bearingless, high precision

0 ... ±500 N·m to 0 ... 3 000 N·m

Torque measuring flange system (KiTorq system) consisting of measuring unit (KiTorq rotor) Type 4550A… and evaluation unit (KiTorq stator) Type 4541A… for measuring highly dynamic torques. The analog and digital signals are transmitted to the evaluation unit without contact. The evaluation unit has 3 fully scalable outputs for the measurement signal, integral measuring range switching and digital interfaces for parameter configuration. The compact dimensions and stator ring-free evaluation unit of the KiTorq system (rotor Type 4550A… with stator Type 4541A…) make it ideal for use in test stand applications such as electric motors, transmissions, pumps and internal combustion engines.
