CoMo Injection and CoMo MIS

CoMo Injection Type 2869B... and CoMo MIS Type 2829A... make up a fully-integrated system solution for the monitoring, real-time control, analysis and documentation of the injection molding process.

CoMo Injection within a network
CoMo Injection measures, analyzes and stores the process data at the injection molding machine. CoMo MIS is a database driven software used for storing all the data centrally via network connections. The web-based systems enable remote access both to the latest data from the machine and to the data stored in the database system. A standard web browser such as Internet Explorer™ or Firefox™ can be used for this purpose.
CoMo Injection

CoMo Injection
CoMo Injection is an all-in-one device containing all the necessary components, including a signal amplifier and evaluation electronics. CoMo Injection works without any additional hardware, such as PCs. CoMo Injection also features integrated process monitoring and real-time control. Using a display (optional) or a PC/laptop, the device can be operated on-site and the latest measurement data, additional information and trends can be displayed.

Curve Viewer module
CoMo MIS
CoMo MIS allows process data to be stored via networks. Both measurement data and calculated data (e.g. maximums or good/bad parts), are stored on the database server. The stored data can be accessed using a normal web browser. In addition to general information on the production batch (e.g. the number of good/bad parts or production efficiency), the integrated Curve Viewer module can be used to access the process curves for each stored cycle. The included statistics software allows a batch production process to be documented in detail.
