Characteristics

The new CoMo View Type 5863A2… with integrated 5.7” touch screen color display (320x240 pixels) meets all requirements for in-process quality monitoring. This latest member of the CoMo family has the customary evaluation functions. This means that almost all manufacturing processes can be reliably monitored and documented. The Ethernet provides constant, standardized communication at all levels in your corporate network. This allows, for the first time, the setting-up and visualization from any location via PC or web terminal in your LAN. CoMo View or CoMo Net equipped with web server functionality is thus directly linked to the TCP/IP world. Many functions and data can therefore be controlled or viewed world wide with familiar browser functions, given appropriate safety features and access authorizations, of course. Centralized storage of the quality data in larger, complex manufacturing plants is considerably simplified by using the existing network structure and reduces costs. Remote maintenance and diagnosis also allow rapid, proficient and cost-effective assistance on site when servicing is required.

Applications

CoMo View is a two-channel control monitor for the monitoring and classification of industrial processes with 24V industrial power supply. Six PLC-compatible digital inputs and outputs are used for embedding in a machine control system. CoMo View can be networked via TCP/IP and Ethernet. The RS-232C interface is used for testing and servicing purposes only. The process is viewed from the touch screen color display. Changes to the monitoring settings are easy to make on the touch screen.
