Monitoring Assembly Processes

Kistler force measurement technology is used predominantly in production, vehicle engineering and biomechanics. Application know-how, our own test rigs and last but not least close liaison with our key customers make us the partner of choice worldwide in these demanding markets. In addition to these traditional applications, however, there are numerous different situations where Kistler technology plays a part in solving challenging force measurement problems.

Wherever small or large forces in one of more directions have to be measured, and as far as possible installation of the sensor should not alter the properties of a component or member, Kistler is the company to work with. Piezoelectric measurement is the only principle that makes it possible to meet, for example, the requirement of a high system natural frequency.

The virtually unlimited life of the Kistler force sensors is another strong argument for us being the preferred solver of difficult measurement problems.
