The CoMo Net Type 5863A1 for DIN rail mounting and the CoMo View Type 5863A2 with integral 5,7" touch screen display are XY monitors for monitoring and classifying industrial processes. Connections for piezoelectric and strain gage sensors, for sensors with voltage output and for potentiometric displacement and angle sensors make these monitors general in purpose.
Real-time functionality via digital I/Os and high-speed process and curve data export play an important part in reliable process monitoring, even at high sampling rates. The monitors can be networked via TCP/IP and Ethernet. Both process values and measurement curves can be transmitted cyclically to a data server on the network.
The software service required for this server is included in the accessories. In addition to different export criteria, it is possible to choose whether the data is to be exported for all parts, or just for the good or bad parts.
